At Oriah Wellness, we value both your time and ours. This Cancellation Policy helps ensure that coaching and consultation sessions are scheduled and managed fairly for all clients.

 

Appointment Cancellations

 

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled fitness coaching or wellness consultation session must provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellations made with sufficient notice allow us to offer the appointment time to other clients.

 

 

Late Cancellations

 

If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the appointment may be considered forfeited.

 

Late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

 

 

Missed Appointments

 

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a missed appointment and may be counted as a completed session.

 

Missed appointments are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

 

 

Rescheduling

 

Oriah Wellness understands that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Clients may request to reschedule appointments when at least 24 hours notice is provided.

 

Rescheduled sessions will be accommodated based on availability.

 

 

Cancellation by Oriah Wellness

 

Oriah Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, scheduling conflicts, or emergencies.

 

If this occurs, clients will be offered the option to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

 

 

Policy Updates

 

Oriah Wellness reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
