You complete a health questionnaire, then a licensed provider reviews your profile and meets with you by video or message. There is no waiting room and no referral required. If treatment is appropriate, your prescription ships to your door from a licensed pharmacy.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees, and you can pause or cancel from your patient portal. Any orders already sent to the pharmacy will still process, so reach out to our care team if you need help with a pending order.
